Price information
In general, the price includes accommodation, breakfast as well as statutory VAT, 7% for accommodation and 19% for breakfast services. The net price is valid for 2018.

Cancellation terms
Free cancellation of the booking is possible until 1 July 2018.
Bookings made only after this date are automatically binding.

In case of a late cancellation or non-arrival the hotel reserves to charge the full amount for any night originally booked.
To avoid high costs for you, INTERPLAN tries it utmost to re-sell late cancelled rooms to other congress delegates.
In case of a successful re-sale an administration fee of € 41,65 per re-sold night applies.
Information about any re-sale state can be given only after the congress.

Groups

Group bookings are defined with bookings of more than 5 rooms per day and the following terms apply: 

For group booking of 10 and more rooms an administration fee of € 150 per hotel booked applies.

Additional cancellations and/or non-arrivals will be charged with the full amount. INTERPLAN tries its utmost to re-sale any late cancelled room to keep the costs for the participants as low as possible. In case of a successful re-sale INTERPLAN will refund any overpaid amount deducted by an administration fee of DKK 325 gross.

Any additional rooms / nights booked after 15 February 2021 must be paid upon time of the booking. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of an invoice.
